About Us | Clear View Surveyors | Wellington

Clear, Detailed Property Surveys You Can Rely On

We specialise in delivering detailed, independent property assessments, including the popular level 2 formerly known as the homebuyer report and in-depth level 3 formerly known as the building survey. Whether you’re a first-time buyer or a seasoned investor, our surveys are designed to give you clarity at every step.

Our Story

Clear View Surveyors was founded on the belief that property buyers deserve clarity, professionalism, and honest advice. Our goal is simple — to make surveys easier to understand by combining RICS standards with plain-English reporting and clear, supportive guidance.

We focus on quality over quantity, providing detailed inspections and clear communication to help you make confident property decisions.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We used Clear View Surveyors for a Level 2 survey on our property purchase and couldn’t be happier. They offered great value for money without cutting any corners – the report itself was extremely detailed and easy to understand.
Communication throughout was clear and prompt, and they took the hassle out of the whole process by liaising directly with the estate agent to arrange access, so there was very little I had to do myself. It made an already stressful part of buying a home feel completely under control.
Would recommend Clear View Surveyors to anyone buying a property – professional, thorough, and great to deal with from start to finish.
