Building Survey (Level 3)

For older, larger, heavily altered, or unusual properties, we recommend a Building Survey. This provides a comprehensive, detailed inspection and report of the property’s structure and condition. Home Buyer Report (Level 2)

Our Homebuyer Report is perfect for modern properties that are thought to be in a reasonable condition. It provides a clear, structured overview of the property’s condition, highlighting any defects such as damp, movement, or urgent repairs.
